Shipping policy

Items purchased through the Copestones.com website will be sent to the provided shipping address using the means you selected when placing the order. If no method is selected, we will attempt to contact you to ask your preferences or we may simply choose the method that appears to be the most appropriate and cost effective for your order.

We send out all orders for delivery at the earliest possible opportunity, usually within 24 hours of receiving your order. This time may be longer due to scheduled or unscheduled absence of our staff. The time required for you to receive the items will depend also on the shipping method selected and the shipper’s ability to deliver.

If you have special delivery requirements, please describe these as accurately as possible in the field labeled "Add Comments About Your Order”. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Returns policy

Regular returns

Copestones strives to maintain a straightforward and fair returns policy. Accordingly, all products purchased through the Copestones.com website may be returned undamaged and unmodified for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the item (returns must be documented as having been sent on the 30th day after you received the items). We will take the steps necessary to refund the entire purchase price at the earliest possible opportunity. The time for you to actually receive the funds will be considerably longer and this is not under our control. You are responsible for return shipping charges and you must use adequate packaging materials to prevent damage in transit. We request that you re-use the original packaging material with any necessary improvements

Returning items that arrived damaged

We make every effort to ship our items with adequate packaging in order to prevent damage in transit. But if you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we request you contact us at the earliest possible opportunity before sending the item back and provide all possible documentation, including especially photographic documentation. You must also contact and file a claim with the shipper at the earliest possible opportunity.

If possible, we will offer to replace a damaged item with a similar item. However, since many of the items available at Copestones.com are handmade, this will not always be possible. We will inform you of your options, including a full refund, at the earliest possible opportunity.
